Our Math Intervention Club is a hands-on program that builds strong addition and subtraction skills while growing student confidence. Students act out subtraction stories, model and solve word problems, learn that the equal sign means “the same as,” practice efficient strategies like counting on and using ten-frames, and explore fact families to understand number relationships. Through games, drawings, and guided practice, students strengthen fluency, deepen understanding, and build confidence in math.
